## FAQ (short)

Q: Is ScanPlay really free?
A: Yes. The first trial scan needs no account and does not use ScanPlay AI. Free accounts then get a ScanPlay AI envelope. Scans, coach, and summaries share the same usage percentage.

Q: Do I need an account?
A: Not for the first trial scan. An account is required to launch games and save progress. Guest trial is limited per device.

Q: Does the guest scan use the ScanPlay AI envelope?
A: No. The no-account trial scan does not bill the ScanPlay AI envelope.

Q: Can I learn English without scanning notes?
A: Yes. Pix Universe includes a ready English course (A1-C2). See https://scanplay.org/fr/apprendre-anglais/

Q: Is Belgian driving theory available?
A: Yes, Belgium only, in Pix Universe. See https://scanplay.org/fr/permis-theorique-belge/
